Copyright and Takedown Policy
Last updated October 23, 2026.
We respect intellectual property and expect our users to do the same. If you believe content on wildbound.dev (for example a board post, an attachment or a media file) infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent:
Copyright agent, Dennon Developments, 1013 D Street, Unit 3, Eureka, CA 95501, United States. Email: support@wildbound.dev (subject: "Copyright notice").
Your notice must include, under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the copyrighted work you say is infringed;
- identification of the material and where it is on our site (a URL), with enough detail for us to find it;
- your contact details (address, phone number and email);
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn't authorised by the owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
Counter-notices. If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice with your signature, identification of the removed material and where it was, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake, your name, address and phone number, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the US, any judicial district where we may be found) and to accept service from the person who sent the notice. We may restore the content 10 to 14 business days after forwarding the counter-notice unless the notifier tells us they have filed a court action.
Repeat infringers. We close the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe.
Credits for the third-party work used in Wildbound itself are on the credits page. If you think we've credited or used your work incorrectly, tell us and we'll fix it.
