Terms of Sale and Service

These terms are between you and Dennon Developments By Kody Dennon and Terry Forrester ("we", "us"). By making an account or buying anything on wildbound.dev you agree to them.
Accounts
You must be 13 or older to make an account. Keep your password private; you are responsible for what happens on your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the code of conduct.
What you buy
Buying Wildbound gives you a personal licence to download and play it under the End User Licence Agreement. Early access includes every update during early access and the full game at release. Wildbound is in development: features change, and some may be added, changed or removed.
Prices, payment and tax
Prices are shown before checkout and may differ by country. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your full card details. Where VAT or similar taxes apply, they are added at checkout.
Gifts and codes
Gift codes and multi-pack codes are for giving to others. Each code can be redeemed once. Codes have no cash value.
Memberships
Memberships renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. See the Membership Terms.
Refunds

Offline play and activation
The game activates online once per PC and then plays offline. A copy can be active on three PCs at once. Refunded, charged-back or fraudulent purchases lose access to updates and downloads.
Liability
Wildbound is provided as is during early development. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
